Hours
The Worthington and Huntington Health Centers
are open 5 days a week, with evening hours to
accommodate patient needs. Saturday hours are
also available for Medical and Behavioral Health
services as is 24-hour coverage for all emergencies.
Insurance & Payment Information
Hilltown Community Health Centers serves children,
adults, and elders and accepts more than 700
different insurance plans including MassHealth.

We accept most insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid,
HMOs and Indemnity Plans. We also offer reduced rates
for those without insurance. We also provide free
care and reduced-free care to those who meet income
guidelines. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Health Care Access Support
We are able to identify patients who may qualify
for state and federal insurance programs, including
MassHealth and Children's Medical Security Plan. We
may also be able to help you to receive prescriptions
at a reduced cost. An outreach worker is available
to guide patients through the application process
when necessary.
